The Masters Review is hosting a short story contest! Their contest, meant for new and aspiring writers, is open from May 15th through July 15th. The prize? The first prize winner will receive $2,000 and will be published in their next issue. Second and third place stories will receive $200 and $100, respectively, and will be considered for publication. Entries must be under 6,000 words. Lastly, only unpublished writers can apply. Self-published novels and short story anthologies don’t count as publications (according to the hosts).
